Easy Mock Swedish Meatballs

Yield: approx 50 meatballs
Ingredients
| 3 | lbs. | ground round | |

|||
| 1 | box | Stove Top stuffing | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | egg | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Chicken soup | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Mix ground round, Stove Top stuffing packets and egg in large mixing bowl. Shape into 1-inch size balls. Brown in skillet turning to brown all sides. Place in covered casserole and pour soup over meatballs. Bake at 350 F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
