We offer traditional butchering techniques and ?know-how" in a modern setting. We don't believe in shortcuts- one on one contact with our butchers and meat cut to order are our specialty. In order to offer the freshest ground beef, we do our own grinding. You can always call ahead and we'll be happy to put together special cuts for your backyard grilling parties.
